James and his team are phenomenal. He answers your call promptly. He haven’t both home insurance and flood quotes quickly with great explanation. He took the time to assess our needs and what we needed for coverage and best fit us for our home and our finances. He used not only his expertise, but also his own personal experience of disastrous Florida floods last year with the hurricanes and was really able to guide us with precise expertise. Anytime I’ve had a question along the way in the purchase of our new home and getting our insurance bound and even afterwards, he always responds quickly and make sure that all follow up questions are answered. His team are the best at communication and I feel that that is key Not just for any insurance, but to be insured in Florida, which was recently devastated by the hurricanes. We are so thankful for him and his team and we know that if we need them for anything they are there. We would highly recommend them and will be using them to swap over our car insurance very soon too!
